These pictures and captions were sent to me by Bob Morgan. Bob was an Albuquerque motorcycle dealer, back in "the day".

Here's what his shop decal looked like.
Bob's MX & Cart decal on toolbox. Maico-CZ-Margay(gocarts)-Rupp
Get ready to travel back in time...

What if Jaroslav Falta were to sign one of these...CZ Factory hat. We used to sell at the shop. Fabric top, cardboard bill, blue w/yellow print. We used to sell them for $2.00 each.

How many of these things do you think Bob has?Back view of same hat.

Wait a minute Bob, are you sure '82 was the 3rd annual?Oh My God 100" official course workers hat w/patch on visor. 3rd annual 1982

Man, I'd sure love to get my hands on one of those decals.Shop tool box w/CZ 400 decal on it.

I guess George will be forced to bring his old Geortown Cycle Shop fridge out of retirment. The original CZ shop, beer cooler. From the 1st shop on central, across from the cactus bar. With all the original decals. Then moved to the Lomas Shop. Then to the Kawasaki shop on Menaul. Now here, still works xlnt.

Ya know Bob, I just bought a new set of Works shocks, $360.00Works Performance Shocks in the original box w/decal. Just back from the factory with overhaul reciept in box-1979-$28.00 including postage.

But Bob, how 'bout uncovering them so's we can have a good look? What do we have here? 1972 400 Radial Maico-all original. 1963 CZ series 475 (CZ early enduro). 1973 250 CZ W/R enduro (blue one).

Is that the Hog farm that Bob Clause used to run?Stevie Chavez at Bearcat Raceway, Hog Farm on South 14. 400 Maico Square Barrel, orange, 1971 or 70.

This place was still there in the early 80s. Now it's all open space. Open only to poopin' dogs.Open Class start at Volcano Cliffs. Left to Right- Doyel Fincher (Maico), Dave Scranton (Husky), Ken Lee (501 Maico), Steve Chavez (2N Maico), Jack Sona (Husky), Mike(?can't read writing)Ahern (Maico), Behind was Joe Gutirez (Husky). Maico's Ruled!!!

Do you realize what that bike would be worth on Ebay?Wayne Chick on BOS 250 Maico-out of the box 1971- Yellow helmet was New Mexico Motocross Club. 5N on plate meant he was the 5th man on the team. We went to Amarillo, Farmington, Gallup, Taos, Espanola, El Paso, etc. "TEAM"

Man-O-Man, I would give anything to have been there!Joe Gutierez on a new 400 Husky. That's Gary Bailey conducting his motocross school at Volcano Cliffs. Note his 250 behind him resting on his helmet.

Can't beleive Gary Bailey was actually in the Duke city.Gary Bailey at Volcano Cliffs, at speed on race day after his MX school. Yes there were snakes in those rocks we called the grand stand.

I bought a bike from Al Good.Old Bob Morgan riding the Fort Hood National Enduro, Texas. On my 7 speed 175 Hercules, 1976. That's Al Good refueling me & his wife, Marylin, washing my goggles. Ultra muddy. I missed a check and was disqualified.

Is that what's known as an 'open face helmet?'Doyle Fincher (Pincher) at Volcano Cliffs-1971 or 72-on a 250 Maico. NMMC Team #2N- was he tired.

Is Crazy Harold the same as Weird Harold?Gene Durham-Volcano Cliffs 1971 or 72-on Crazy Harold's Husky. I think he won that day, 250cc.

My Penton was sort of fragile in the frame department.1978 Hi Point Race Calendar we used in the Shop. That's Jack Penton on a 250 Penton, 2 Days Winner.

For customers, no doubt.Could have used this long ago!

Does Suds know about this?Bob's Valuable beer knowledge.

This is a handy tuning aid.Page two of Bob's beer guide.

Can I keep this? The one that never was.

A big thanks to Bob Morgan for sending those pictures. Any one else have something they'd like to share?
